1. Introduction Welcome to Motorsport Upholstery. We specialise in vehicle trimming & repair services. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products and services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Orders and Payment 2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 2.2 Full payment is required before the dispatch of goods or completion of services unless otherwise agreed. 2.3 For orders over £750, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. 2.4 Payments must be made via the approved payment methods listed on our website/invoice.
3. Cancellation and Refunds 3.1 Orders cancelled by the customer may be subject to fees. The 25% deposit on orders over £750 is non-refundable. 3.2 If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will offer a full refund or alternative arrangements. 3.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
4. Delivery and Collection 4.1 Delivery dates and times are estimates and subject to change. 4.2 The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery details. 4.3 We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Liability and Warranty 5.1 We ensure that our products/services meet the agreed specifications. 5.2 We are not liable for any indirect losses resulting from our products/services. 5.3 Any warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable period and in accordance with our warranty policy. 5.4 When it comes to repairs, we try our best to get a close match material; however, this is not a guarantee. 5.5 We offer a 1-year manufacturing fault guarantee with our products.
6. Customer Responsibilities 6.1 The customer must provide accurate information when placing an order. 6.2 The customer must ensure safe and proper use of our products/services.
7. Changes to Terms 7.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
8. Governing Law 8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws.
